Hi there! I’m a senior product designer at Zoom. I designed and launched Zoom Contact Center as the founding designer. Previously, I worked at Microsoft designing core features of Dynamics 365 Customer Service application.
I received Master's degree from Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) program at the University of Washington. In the summer of 2018, I interned in Ads Org at Facebook, working on the on-boarding flow and design system for an internal design tool.
During 2015-2017, I had been working as a Product Marketing Specialist at LinkedIn, China, actively involving in product marketing, user operations and business development . Working closely with designers and product managers for product localization and usability testings, I found myself fascinated by brainstorming and fine-tuning numerous user flows, and surprisingly excited when receiving a positive user feedback. That was the moment when I realized that I'm going to be a Product Designer.
In the past, I studied International Relations at Mount Holyoke College, MA and dabbled in choir and acting.
